Exclusively for our restaurant we bring fresh fish and seafood from the pool of the Indian Ocean. We invite you to try parrot fish, pink sea bream, snapper. Fish can be cooked whole: steamed, grilled, in the oven, in a pan.

Like the interior, the kitchen intertwines European technology and Asian philosophy, offering a subtle play of tastes of fresh products. Traditional dishes are cooked so unusually that their taste will completely change your perception of familiar products and will give a pleasant surprise.
From the Far East, live oysters, vongole, mussels, scallops and sea urchins are brought to the restaurant. A fresh catch is always on display in the ice: parrot fish, red snapper, snapper and pink sea bream from the Indian Ocean, giant shrimps, Moroccan octopus and yellowfin tuna from Sri Lanka. For selected dishes, sommeliers will recommend the perfect wine pair.
