About restaurant

The Panorama ASP restaurant greets guests with a view of its heart - the kitchen, allowing you to contemplate the gastronomic performance of creating dishes. And the view from the height of the 50th floor of the Vysotsky skyscraper gives an outstanding sight of the city from any part of the hall. Start the morning with the highest breakfast in Urals, rise above the daily routine during a business lunch, meet the sunset in a romantic way.

Like the interior, the kitchen intertwines European technology and Asian philosophy, offering a subtle play of tastes of fresh products. Traditional dishes are cooked so unusually that their taste will completely change your perception of familiar products and will give a pleasant surprise.

From the Far East, live oysters, vongole, mussels, scallops and sea urchins are brought to the restaurant. A fresh catch is always on display in the ice: parrot fish, red snapper, snapper and pink sea bream from the Indian Ocean, giant shrimps, Moroccan octopus and yellowfin tuna from Sri Lanka. For selected dishes, sommeliers will recommend the perfect wine pair.

Over the years, the restaurant has become one of the iconic projects of Yekaterinburg according to La Liste, Spoon and Tripadvisor.

Gleb Mikheev

The kitchen of the restaurant is headed by a young and ambitious chef Gleb Mikheyev. In his work, he adheres to the principles of locality and seasonality, using modern cooking techniques and, as an artist, plays with combinations of tastes. The guests are always impressed by his conceptual seasonal sets - gazpacho with far eastern oyster or salad with ripe sweet cherry and goat cheese. The chef skillfully mixes European and Asian techniques, offering ceviche with sauerkraut and juice of Japanese citrus to yuzu, and cooking halibut in Asian style, in carrot glaze with ginger chips.

Chef Gleb Mikheev

Gleb is constantly improving his skills: attends cooking classes and goes on gastronomic internships. Adrian Ketglass (Adrian Quetglas, Mallorca), Andrey Zhdanov (AQkitchen, Moscow), Damien Duvier (Nobu, Moscow), Igor Grishechkin (Cococo, St. Petersburg), Erwin Lama and Michael Vincent Vesin (Zuma, Dubai) are only few examples of the famous chefs from whom he was lucky to learn. Gleb wants to go on a gastronomic journey around Japan, to be in the kitchen of the Italian Enrico Kripp in Piazza Duomo and is going to study Artem Grebenshchikov in his gourmet Petersburg project Bourgeois Bohemians.
